We reviewed the standard term’s and conditions suggested by the AOP and decided to adopt these in full and without amendment for use in appropriate circumstances where carrying out commissioned work and providing images to a client, agency or advertiser for publication. We tidied up the layout and changed the font to fit in with the format of our other documentation and sized it so that it can be printed on the back of an estimate, invoice or licence to use:
2) Terms and conditions for Makeover and Boudoir packages
We also produced a set of Terms and conditions to cover bookings for our makeover and boudoir shoots. These were based on terms and conditons we found on the websites of other similar businesses. A marked up example copy of these is shown below together with our final version:Marked up example
