Model Release Forms

I have looked at many model release forms and most have very similar conditions to the one below. This kind of model release form is mainly used by photographers that would be paying a model to model for them, then the photographer owns the photos to use as he needs to for business purposes.

Due to the the type of studio that we are running the conditions of the previous form are of no use to us. Below is the model release form that I have drawn up using parts of different forms that cater more for our needs. In our studio people will be coming to us and paying us for our photography and make-over services, the photographs are then the property of the customer but on condition that these are for private display and portfolio use and not to be used for publication or commercial gain without our consent.

Under some circumstances I'm sure there will be some images that we would like to use to advertise our business or to display within our studio. The form below is wirtten permission from the model for us to do so.
